I really liked the food here. Everything tasted fresh, the pork was soft and cooked well, and the desserts were a nice finish. It’s always good to see a place put real care into what they serve, because that’s just the decent thing customers hope for when they go out to eat.

The view from our seats was awful. We spent half the show leaning around people just to catch bits and pieces, and I’m convinced they knew these seats had a bad sightline but sold them like everything was fine. For what we paid, I expected way better, or at least a warning before booking. Felt a little shady.

I went to the Old Lahaina Luau the music ended up being my favorite part of the whole night. It felt authentic and easy to enjoy, not blasting over everything, so we could still eat, talk a little, and take in the show.

The singers and drums were especially great, and you could really tell they put a lot of heart into it. I do wish the instructions when we arrived had been a bit clearer, since we weren’t totally sure where to go at first, but overall it was a really memorable experience. 5 stars from me.

I really enjoyed the hula performance, it was genuinely beautiful, no question about it. The only thing is the seats were definitely a bit cramped, like there is absolutely no way anyone would call them roomy. Still, the show itself was totally worth it.

The email showed up a few minutes later, so it all worked out. Not a bad experience, just wish the final booking step was a bit clearer

Just a heads-up for anyone booking on their phone: the process was straightforward, and I was able to find the accessibility info without having to dig around too much. The only thing that bothered me was that some of the text was a little small on mobile, so if you have trouble reading tiny print, you might want to zoom in or use a bigger screen. Other than that, it worked fine for me.

I really liked the vibe here, but I’m probably biased because I’m a sucker for anything with an ocean view. The whole place felt warm and relaxed, not too dressed-up or trying too hard, which is exactly what I enjoy for an evening out. The seating was fine overall, though a few spots felt a bit too close together. Still, the atmosphere was fun and easygoing, and it made for a really nice night.

I had a really good time overall, the dancers were awesome and brought so much energy. I was smiling through a lot of it, though I did get a little impatient during some of the jokes because they went on longer than they needed to. And then the sound was just a bit too loud for me, which was kind of overwhelming at moments. Still, it was a fun show and I’m glad I went.

Our first night in Maui felt perfect. We watched the sunset, had more than enough good food, and just enjoyed the whole atmosphere together. My kids were smiling the entire time, and we left feeling really happy we chose this spot to start our trip.

The food was just okay, the service felt rushed, and overall it felt a bit overpriced. It was nice to see once, but I’m not sure I’d go through the hassle again.

We went to the luau while we were in Maui, it was better than I expected for the price. The food was good, the show was fun, and the seating was totally fine, which is always nice when you’re bracing yourself for one of those “tourist experience” situations.

I also appreciated that it didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze more money out of us every five minutes, which, shockingly, some places still think is charming. Everything felt straightforward once we got there.

If you’re already in Maui and want an easy night out without overthinking it, I’d say it’s absolutely worth doing. For the money, I’d give it 5 stars, even if I’m sure someone somewhere will find a reason to complain
